A couple and a minor were arrested during the operation, and the Ford 750 was impounded.
Members of the Bolivarian National Guard (GNB) seized a total of 19 kilos of marijuana hidden in a car from Colombia driven by three subjects, who were detained during the procedure.
The operational strategic commander of Fanb, Domingo Hernández Lárez, reported that “Venezuela is a democratic state of law and justice, where the illegal trafficking of psychotropic substances and narcotics is fought every day.”
According to Lárez, the attack happened in Puerto Guerrero PAC, RÃo Limón, Zulia State, during the inspection of vehicles and people. They found 18 panels of marijuana hidden in the spare tire of a Ford, model 750, stake type, plate A68BN9G, from the Republic of Colombia.
