A 19-year-old American youth who was reported missing in San Francisco, California, was found in the town of Cuautla, Morelos. The authorities are preparing his deportation so that he can be reunited with his family.
The Prosecutor’s Office specialized in the Forced Disappearance of Persons of Morelos reported that the Municipal Police of Cuautla responded to a call in which they were informed about a person walking in the streets of the area without a specific direction, causing the agents to approach him, who identifies himself as a citizen of North America.
The officials transferred the young American to the Public Ministry, where it was confirmed that there was a search card issued in the United States, where he was medically certified.
He disappeared after entering Mexico and ended up in Cuautla
The young man told the court that he entered the territory of Mexico with a group of people, but they separated and he was alone, so days later he arrived in the town of Cuautla, where he was located by the municipal police.
According to the Morelos Prosecutor’s Office, since they do not have documents supporting their regular stay in the country, the Missing Persons Prosecutor’s Office handed over the youth to the authorities of the National Migration Institute (INM) to implement the corresponding methods.
Currently, the date on which he will be deported to the United States to be reunited with his relatives, who reported him missing in July 2023, is unknown, according to a search file issued by authorities in that country.
He disappeared on the streets of a California neighborhood

At that time, he was wearing a green sweatshirt with black pants when he walked into the area until they lost contact with him. His residence, according to family and friends, is in San Francisco.
