When someone mentions artificial intelligence, they think of big projects, almost on a daily basis without seeing clear applications, however at Aciturri Tech they broadcast the opposite version and explain how companies can benefit from this technological development. Maybe, which is already between us. The first steps of the project were taken within the aeronautical company, although the seed began to grow a year earlier and now has its own autonomy. In fact, its director Carlos Noriega points out that he has a portfolio of twenty customers in which he implements automation that saves “more than 50,000 hours of work”, detailing the promoters, who say they are Basque Maintain relationships with firms in Country, Catalonia or Navarra.
The originators of the idea point out that the tools they work with make it easier for companies to execute processes at different levels. In the first step, they participate in common steps in every company, “such as ordering from suppliers, which everyone else has to do, but we make it possible to do that automatically,” explains Noriega, adding that they All also feature follow-up “with delivery dates or they remind you if necessary”. These types of processes “have less difficulty, but they create a significant impact within the organization,” explain company leaders, who add that there are two other levels above that.
“Within a second step, we have the ability for artificial intelligence to understand documents like an order, a delivery note or an invoice,” says Noriega, who adds that the way the system works is “they send you information. It is sent”, since the application is able to “extract the data that interests you so that it creates a continuous flow”. Apart from this, it also checks whether there are errors and if the process is done correctly, it also reduces the failures.
Finally, there is a third, “more cognitive” level, in which companies can benefit from application understanding. Noriega explains. In this case, the artificial intelligence prepares all the information to be “passed to the robot or application and it responds.” The method simplifies the whole process “and the advantage is brutal, because you don’t have to read everything and if it is capable, it also answers automatically”, qualifies the director, who adds that The system “detects whether the person sending you the email is angry or not.”
The first two levels apply to portfolio companies and they are currently working to implement the third. Noriega, who clarifies that so far, “we have made more than 200 applications” within the aeronautical company, will do so in his first customer, Aceturri, “where we will begin to present it in the different sectors that we analyzed is “automation”.
Original. The germ of Aciturri Tech took its first steps in 2020 within the company led by Ginés Clemente. The initiative came from the internal intent to implement the technology “in only two processes”, recalls Noriega. The idea of automating processes broke down barriers in an industrial firm, however over time they have verified possibilities that make everyday life easier. With experience in development, the new company directors praise that they have been able to reach different sectors and work with logistics, textile, food, education, construction or hydraulic companies.
In any case, the head of Aceturri Tech qualifies that all of these areas save hours by removing people from routine processes, “so that they can do something within the structures that adds value,” he places a bet.
