It never rains to please everyone. And less than the imitators of “Déjate querer”, in the program of Paz Padilla. A barrage of criticism fell in the direction of the program after he found out who was going to be the host of this night’s program. “You will achieve a total collapse”, they warn them about the trajectory of space, which has not yet received public support.
“Déjate querer” is a new Telecinco program that airs on Friday nights, presented by Paz Padilla, a popular comedian and actress who triumphed, among other very successful programs, in “Salvame”. The goal is a space of reunions, stimulating stories and surprises, with the participation of famous and anonymous people who have something to tell or receive.
The program premiered on February 18, 2023, with Bertín Osborne and Jorge Pérez as guests. Bertín Osborne is a singer and presenter who has had a long career in television, such as “Lluvia de estrellas” or “Mi casa es la tuya”. Jorge Pérez is a civil guard who became famous by winning “Survivors 2020”, a reality show about survivors on the island.
Álex wants to give his ex-girlfriend Filomena a second chance: “She is the person who has fulfilled me the most and I think about her every day,” he says. According to him, having abandoned his relationship because of his distance and unwelcomeness, he calls Philomena from his wife. But what we experienced on the set of “Ama-tute” no one expected and Paz Padilla had to intervene, visibly disturbed.
Our host believes that he is more involved in their relationship and shows more of Philomena’s face when it comes to her calls. He wants to tell Philomena how he lost her and how their meeting happened. Wasn’t Filomena very pleased to see his ex-boyfriend? on the screen and Paz Padilla tells her I don’t know what to say: “I’m confused. Let there be confusion. But what is surprising is that he denies that he had intercourse with him: “I know him from the journey.”
When Filo leaves with the set, Álex defends himself: “I will not attack the arguments, but I do not tell lies. From July 8, 2018 to July 16 of that year, when he left, he was the most important person to me. He doesn’t want to know anything about me, because I respect him.”
Paz Padilla believes Filo’s version and tells Álex “You deceived us”. He asks him if he has proof and messages about what was written to him and he denies that he is deleting the conversations. The reporter doesn’t believe him and gets angry with him: “You made up a fake report. Stop insisting.”
There are many in the network who have exploded against the reporter for what happened on set. “Peace disappointed me a lot with the history of Sevillian in your program, I love you.
