Hutchins was the cinematographer of the film. Baldwin starred in and was producing the film, which was being shot on the film set at Bonanza Creek Ranch near Santa Fe on October 21.

Baldwin’s attorney, Aaron Dyer, said in a statement to USA TODAY Thursday that he has reached an agreement with both the Santa Fe Sheriff’s Office and the district attorney to turn over the phone.

“Mr. Baldwin is being called this week for review. Since this tragic event, Mr. Baldwin has continued to cooperate with authorities, and any suggestion to the contrary is simply untrue,” he wrote.
