In addition, he explained that the representatives of the company Punta Piedra Restauración (a company owned by the owners of the Forty group), requested environmental license for the temporary use of a banquet hall dated June 13, and that this request is still “in processing.” In any case, he points out that “by the power of the decree in which the responsible declaration is denied and nullified”, and because it does not have “the instrument of environmental intervention that can do this”, issued a second order that “required the company to suspend the operation of the event.”
