The proposal by the Magistrate Janine Otálora Malassis proposed to recall the complaints and complaints of the Commission of the National Electoral Institute (INE), which considered foreign President Andrés Manuel López Obrador to issue precautionary measures for said sentences.
Judge Otálora confirmed that there are at least three other examples in which similar expressions were requested by President López Obrador.
