A program based on five fundamental axes: public services, economic growth, sustainable development, European programs and greater self-governance.

Economic development remains one of the fundamental axes of PSOE and Koncha Andreu. To this, Andreu has indicated that “La Rioja will continue to offer competitive industrial land that will allow us to establish new companies and ensure the future of existing ones”.
