Actor Arjun Bijlani, who has appeared in many popular TV shows like ‘Mile Jab Hum Tum’ to ‘Meri Aashiqui Tumse Hi’, is all set to make a comeback in Bollywood. Arjun made his Bollywood debut in 2016 with the film ‘Direct Ishq’ but after that he did not appear in any film.
Now Arjun has got a big opportunity and he is working with Karan Johar. Sharing a latest update on social media, Arjun told that he is a part of Karan’s next film ‘Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani’. Alia Bhatt and Ranveer Singh are in lead role in this film. She also shared a picture with Karan on her Instagram story.
Karan thanked Arjun
Together he also showed a special note which Karan has written for him. Karan welcomed Arjun on his film with this note. He wrote in the note, “Dearest Arjun, thank you so much for doing my film. Welcome to Dharma (Karan’s production house). I look forward to working with you in the future.”
Sharing this note and photo with Karan, Arjun wrote on his Instagram story, “Finally got a chance to shoot with one and only Karan Johar sir. I am really grateful for your love, warmth and guidance. Happy I was able to be a part of this film.”
Shraddha Arya also got the role
Like Arjun, Karan Johar has also included ‘Kundali Bhagya’ actress Shraddha Arya in the starcast of ‘Rocky and Rani’s love story’. Karan also welcomed Shraddha with a note. Karan wrote, “Dear Shraddha, welcome to the Dharma family. Lots of love from my side, Karan.” Shraddha also shared many pictures with Karan on Instagram. His caption tells that his role in the film is not very long. The caption of his post was, “All in one day’s work.”
Karan Johar is returning as a director with ‘Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani’. The film also stars Dharmendra, Jaya Bachchan and Shabana Azmi along with Alia and Ranveer. This film was earlier to be released in February 2023, but recently it came to light that due to Alia’s pregnancy, this film of Karan may be postponed a bit. The new release date of the film has not been announced yet.
