Armengol spent two million euros on Gaza when he managed the Balearic Islands

The Government of the Balearic Islands is allocated 2.134.143,50 euros to the United Nations Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Middle East (UNRWA) between 2015 and 2023, when the current president of the Congress, the socialist Francina Armengol, is the head of that government, as announced.

In 2019, the total allocated is 375,000 euros, distributed as follows: 25,000 euros to the ‘Empowerment Portraits II: breaking gender stereotypes about Palestinian women’ program and 200,000 euros for the protection and care of female survivors of sexual violence in the refugee camps in Gaza.
