He stressed that sustainable preventive actions have established Mexico, and especially Baja California, as leaders in the Americas and other continents, where rabies in dogs remains a serious public health problem.
He noted that canine anti-rabies vaccination is a free preventive measure of priority nature for the institution, therefore, during 2022, 242,596 doses of biological have been applied throughout the state, of which 57,005 vaccines in Mexicali, 138,299 in have been installed.
