Their kids must have been looking for plastic colored eggs this morning, but Ben Affleck And Jennifer Lopez Are on a different hunt… pounding the sidewalk for their new home.
The couple – who are newly engaged (again) – had been checking out different properties throughout the Easter weekend… just on Sunday, when they appeared in Bel Air at a site that was very much under construction.
We can’t see any real houses here – it’s being built as we speak – but Ben and Jen were outside and looking around before heading back to their SUVs.
On a Saturday, it was even more… only at the time, they were looking at a mansion in Brentwood – and it seemed to be taking in views from above on an elevated part of the house, where they really were not. It seems to affect all that – at least outwardly.
These are the latest stops by Bennifer in his real estate hunt—which has resurfaced following his deal for the coveted Bel Air estate. fell through Last week.
Since then, he has studied holmby hills Area as well as bev hills Proper… peeping massive compounds – owned by one’s ex-wife Mr. Chow and designed by Mohamed Hadido – but it seems they haven’t made up their mind yet.
This, of course, comes after they walk away $55 million to be purchased — which he apparently didn’t feel right after entering escrow.
While these fancy residences sit in LA for the rich and famous to choose between – there’s probably a lot going into their decision beyond the crib… especially with their kids in the picture. So, they want to make sure that they make the right choice here.
Then again, they’re set to get married… so maybe there’s a little urgency on the table. Don’t want to drag it on too long—engagement or house-hunting, that is.
