Blac Chyna’s Case Against the Kardashian-Jenners Will Continue on Monday

The jury members deliberating on Blac Chyna’s defamation lawsuit against the Kardashian-Jenner family did not return with a verdict on Friday and will return next week.

The 12-member jury began deliberations at the Downtown Los Angeles courthouse at 9:30 a.m. Friday, but by the end of the court’s day at 4:30 p.m., they still haven’t reached a verdict.

They’ll be back on Monday, however, so it’s unclear if Kris Jenner, Kim Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian and Kylie Jenner will be in court on Monday because it’s the same day as the 2022 Met Gala.

The Kardashian-Jenners’ attorney, Michael Rhodes, told The Post that he believes his clients are still attending the gala in New York City on Monday.

“He doesn’t need to be here, but I will,” Rhodes said as he left the courtroom on Friday afternoon. Kim, Khloé, Kylie and Chris, who testified this week, were not inside the courtroom on Friday and neither was Chyna.

Before going into deliberation, Judge Gregory Alarcon told jurors that they should give each defendant a “separate view” of Chyna’s claims of defamation and contract interference.

However, Kim scored a major victory on Friday, when the judge ruled that there was insufficient evidence that the Skims creator defamed Chyna.

Failed to provide returns and other documents.

Since this is a civil case, nine of the 12 jurors must agree that Chyna proved her two claims of defamation and interference with her contract.
