‘Boched’ Star, Plastic Surgeon Paul Nassif Drops $14 Million in Dana Pointe

Plastic surgeon Paul Nassif, co-star of the long-running reality-TV series “Bouched,” has bought a French provincial-style mansion in Dana Pointe for $14 million.

That’s down about 3% from the latest $14.395 million ask.

The home has been on and off the market since 2019, with high demand for $15.25 million in June 2021.

Built by RDM General Contractors in 2012, “this premier ocean view sanctuary” is “one of the largest homes in the community,” according to co-listing agent Tim Smith of Coldwell Banker Realty.

Located on a one-third-acre elevated lot in guard-gated The Strand at Headlands, this oceanview home spans 9,005 square feet across three levels with six bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, and entertainment spaces. It has a 107 ft sea front.

A gated courtyard entrance leads to the foyer with a spiral staircase. Also there are the formal dining and living rooms, with pocket doors opening to the void-edge pool and spa and ocean views.

The gourmet eat-in kitchen opens to breakfast and family rooms.

Take the stairs or take the elevator to the top-level primary suite, which has a spa-like bathroom, walk-in closet, and sitting room.

Elsewhere, there’s a home theater, game room, and rooftop deck with an outdoor kitchen.

Smith and Jeff Golden of Coldwell Banker Realty also shared the listing. Nassif was represented by Karen Connelly of Re/Max Coastal Homes.

Nassif practices Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery in Beverly Hills. Fellow plastic surgeon Terry J. In addition to co-hosting “Bouched” with Dubrow, Nassif appeared on Bravo’s “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” and used his expertise on countless talk shows.
