On that occasion, he was accompanied by ministers Ana Cecilia Gervasi (Chancellery) and Juan Carlos Mathews (Foreign Trade and Tourism), Cesar Vasquez (Health and Alex Contreras (MEF). The latter received a budget of US$2,640 for travel expenses, the others US$1,760.
