The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have promoted Maral Javadifar to a newly created role with the team as Director of Rehabilitation and Performance.
Javdifar spent the last three seasons as the team’s assistant strength and conditioning coach, helping the Bucs win the Super Bowl back in 2020.
“I look forward to this opportunity to enhance our process focused on reducing risk and enhancing performance for our athletes,” Javadifer said in the team’s official announcement. “I look forward to drawing on my experiences from the past three seasons as we work to provide our players with the most efficient and effective ways to maximize their potential and improve their on-field performance.”
In the team’s release, management at every level praised Javadifer’s work over the past three seasons as the Bucks established themselves as one of the best and most diverse organizations in the NFL.
