Britain should invest in artificial intelligence, drones and technology to beat Russia’s stealth submarines

Russia has launched some of the world’s quietest submarines and Britain is still Probing whether its undersea cables could have been severed by MoscowAccording to Admiral Sir Ben Key, the head of the British Royal Navy.
