The Junior Facilities Manager is responsible for implementing various facility and property management activities, including but not limited to:
- Create and monitor daily task plans, weekly work plans, and cost-benefit analyses. Carrying out property inspections (commercial or private); Review and develop inspection reports, asset studies and mission property reports;
- Provide leadership and supervision of the maintenance team unit (5 people) and ensure the quality of the exercise;
