Carolyn Adams defends her daughter over parties in Culiacan: ‘We don’t use public money’

Carolyn Adams, wife of José Ramón López Beltrán, son of President Andrés Manuel López Obrador, clarified that her daughter’s party was not funded with public money but with the income she and the minor’s father earned through their work

In a statement published on Instagram, Carolyn Adams said she would not tolerate the slander and insults that were poured out after photos of the event, which featured a circus performance, were published.

“We remember that our daughter is a minor and does not deserve criticism,” he said.

He also emphasized that he does not belong to the political class and does not belong to any government, and he does not live from corruption.

“We are outraged at the way this event has been falsified and made the subject of baseless allegations.”

In the letter he also defends the President’s son as he states that the statements made about him are also unfounded, for which he expresses his respect for being a great father, stepfather and husband.
