Channel and where to watch the Eredivisie

The Eredivisie season has begun, and Santiago Giménez will be hoping for his first goal, which he could score this weekend when Feyenoord visit Sparta Rotterdam in another edition of the derby. We tell you which channel you can watch it LIVE on.

The Mexican footballer was Feyenoord’s ‘goalkeeper’ last season and even fought for the Eredivisie top scorer title. Therefore, there is an expectation that he will soon make his debut in the Netherlands and open his Tortor account.

When do Feyenoord and Santiago Gimenez play?

This match of day two of the Eredivisie is scheduled to be played at Sparta Stadion Het Kasteel on Sunday, August 20. So since this is the city derby, good entry to the grandstand is expected.

The scheduled start time is exactly 6:30 a.m. (Mexico Central Time), so you’ll need to get up early to see the Mexicans.

On which channel will Sparta vs. Feyenoord be broadcast?

This meet-up can only be viewed via ESPN or the Star+ app. Please note that a paid account is required to access the content.

Feyenoord had a dreadful start to the season in the Netherlands, as the reigning champions played a goalless draw against Fortuna Sittard. Santiago Giménez started and played the 90 minutes.

Sparta Rotterdam, on the other hand, started on the right foot as they defeated Zwolle 2-1 in J1 in an away match with goals from Kersten and Lauritsen, so an interesting clash is expected this Sunday.
