Zebra Technologies Corporation (NASDAQ:ZBRA), an innovator with solutions and partners that enable businesses to improve their performance, today announced that Aral AG, a BP Group subsidiary, has developed its customer experience and its Efficiency and productivity have improved. Frontline workers at your service stations thanks to Zebra’s Reflexis Real-Time Task Manager software solution.
More than two million customers visit Aral service stations every day to refuel, wash their vehicles or buy food. The company conducts regular Health, Safety and Environment (HSSE) inspections to check the cleanliness and availability of its products. And it needed a new technology solution that would offer a global view of the work done and a better way to audit the level of HSSE compliance in real time.
As a result, Aral chose to implement Zebra’s Reflexis Real-Time Task Manager and Q-Suite Q-Walk Store Check software solutions to simplify store operations, optimize labor, and measure progress. Thanks to them, partners can efficiently manage service station tasks and customer requests, as well as ensure HSSE compliance. This has helped in ensuring a safe and hygienic environment, providing an in-store shopping experience that meets the needs of the consumer. The data generated by both solutions is also used to streamline the annual audits conducted by Aral.
“More than 130 Aral workers and 1,200 COFOs already use Zebra’s Reflexis software on their mobile devices, which has led to improved task completion and compliance standards,” says Christina Volker, Retail Digital Project Coordinator at Aral. “In the future, this solution will support another 1,200 partner service stations.”
In addition to Germany, Aral has implemented the solution in Spain, Australia, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Poland, South Africa and the United Kingdom.
