Residences
In the residences for the elderly and/or those with some dependency or disability, 50% of the gerocultivation staff will continue or provide similar direct care outside normal meal times, from 8:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., and from 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 in the evening, when this percentage increases by 10%.
On the night shift, service will be provided 100% by direct care staff.
Also in day centers, the same percentage is set as in residences: 50% of direct care staff plus an additional 10% reinforcement for three meals.
At SOS-Deiak 112, which handles emergencies, everything will work because 100% of the services are scheduled for each shift.
The rest of these services (emergency attention and meteorology, firefighters, emergency and communication stations, road maintenance, civil protection, Euskadi Traffic Management Center, etc.) will continue with staff corresponding to a holiday in public at this time of year.
Education
To guarantee access to the centers, that is, that they are open and the teachers and students who want to go, it was established For each educational center, 1 person from the management team, 1 person from the subordinate staff for the morning shift, and another for the afternoon shift, if any,

In preschool (including Haurreskolak) and primary, from 100 students enrolled in each period, 1 teacher will be added to each corresponding period, and one more for every hundred students.
Transportation
Publicly owned companies that provide regular passenger transportation, trains, trams, funiculars, and river transportation will maintain many services equivalent to 30% of the ordinary.
