The former Minister of the Interior and former President of the Bogotá Council, Daniel Palacios, once again attacked President Gustavo Petro for his lack of solidarity with the families of those killed by the Hamas group in Israel.
In the same sense, the former high official of the government strongly called out the president for the “inability” to condemn the terrorist acts in the Middle East and, above all, for not demanding justice for the Colombians killed by it that territory.

“The truth, President Gustavo Petro, is that you cannot condemn acts of terrorism against Israel or condemn the killing of our compatriots abroad. He did not spend a minute asking for justice for the two murdered Colombian citizens and even a small show of solidarity with their families,” Palacios began his tirade, where he showed his anger at the president in the state.
In addition to criticizing Petro for the dedication of his tweets and his time to justify the attack on the Hamas group and the acts of barbarism it has committed, Palacio emphasized to him that his functions as president are the protection of his fellow citizens.
“In fact, president, your first responsibility is to protect the Colombian people outside and inside the country, in the face of any threat, whether local or foreign, without talking nonsense all day long,” he concluded.
