A young pregnant Cuban migrant died in the state of Chihuahuanorth, Mexico, during their attempt to cross the border into the United States.
The Cuban woman, whose identity and age have not been released, was 12 weeks pregnant and died “due to anemia aggravated by malnutrition, as reported by the Mexican press of the Secretary General of the Government, Santiago de la Peña, citing as a source a report from the State Health Secretariat.
