How does the H-2B visa process work?

Once certified, the employer must submit Form I-129 to the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) to indicate that it is legal to hire foreign workers.

The next step is for the applicant to look for vacancies for which he can apply as a migrant and submit his petition to the United States Consulate that is closest to him through the DS-160 form. Also, he must pay the current fee at the time of the procedure.
