Donald Trump Jr. announced the release of t-shirts, mugs and posters featuring his father’s image in Fulton County Jail
The mug shot of former US President Donald Trump after his booking and arrest this Thursday at the Fulton County Jail in Atlanta, Georgia has been used by his entourage to create a range of commercial products.
After the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office released the picture — marking the first time such a photo had been taken of a former or incumbent US President — Donald Trump Jr., the former President’s son, posted a message on X (formerly Twitter), announcing the release of t-shirts, mugs and posters with the image and phrase “Free Trump.”
Free Trump Merch! To be clear, all profits from my web store are donated to the Legal Defense Fund to help fight the tyranny and insanity we see before us. Unlike many others, I will not try to profit from this, but will do what I can to help. https://t.co/qUQDGg2wAB pic.twitter.com/dm6wL3Mf29

T-shirts are $29.99, mugs are $15.99 and mugshot posters are $19.99. The former President’s son reiterated that all profits from the sale of these products would go to the Legal Defense Fund to “fight the tyranny and insanity” they are witnessing.
“Unlike many others, I will not seek to profit but will do whatever I can to help,” Trump Jr. wrote.
The former leader has been charged with multiple crimes in connection with his alleged attempt to overturn the results of the 2020 US presidential election.
He was arrested, charged and later quickly released thanks to a bail agreement previously reached by his lawyers, in which Trump agreed to post $200,000 bail and honor other conditions, such as being banned from social media to use his 18 co-defendants or any witnesses in the case for attacks.
Some of the Republican politician’s associates named in the 41-count indictment also turned themselves in at the Fulton County Jail. Among them are his former attorney, Rudy Giuliani, and his former chief of staff, Mark Meadows.
This year, the former president has faced four criminal charges. Federal prosecutors have accused him of mishandling classified documents, attempting to meddle in the 2020 presidential election and allegedly paying porn actress Stormy Daniels to keep quiet about an alleged affair with the mogul.
Trump denied any wrongdoing and described the allegations as political persecution aimed at hindering his presidential bid in 2024.
