Controversy grows over yoga guru Ramdev’s allopathy and claims about doctors. Union Health Minister Dr Harshvardhan wrote a letter to yoga guru Ramdev on Sunday asking for the statement to be withdrawn. Harshvardhan called yoga guru Ramdev’s statement an insult to the Corona warrior and unfortunate for the medics fighting Corona.
After yoga guru Ramdev’s statement went viral on social media, various medical organizations, including the IMA, demanded action against Ramdev. However, Patanjali Yogpeeth later said in a statement that Baba Ramdev’s intention in this regard was not wrong.
In a letter to Ramdev, the Union Minister of Health said: “The compatriots are very saddened by your remarks on allopathic medicines and doctors.” I have already made you aware of this feeling over the phone. The doctors and other health workers who fight Corona day and night are like God.
It also hurt the feelings of compatriots
Your statement not only disrespected the Corona warriors, but also hurt the feelings of fellow countrymen. The clarification you released yesterday is insufficient for the hurt feelings of people.

The fight against Corona can only be won through collective effort
He added, “You said it was unfortunate that millions of coronary heart disease patients have died as a result of taking allopathic drugs.” We must not forget that this fight against the Corona epidemic can only be won through collective efforts. The way our doctors, nurses and other health workers work day and night to save lives by risking their lives. It is a unique example of their duty and loyalty to human service.
Dr Harshvardhan further said on yoga guru Ramdev’s statement that it is unfortunate that allopathic therapy treatment is seen as cowardly, lazy and bankrupt. Your statement may turn out to demoralize doctors and weaken the fight against Corona.

Respect the feelings of Corona warriors around the world
Asking Baba Ramdev to withdraw the entire statement, the Union Health Minister said: “I hope you will completely withdraw your offensive and unfortunate statement. Given his seriousness and respect, the feelings of Corona warriors around the world.
