As for the women, the councilor added that only two attended Municipal Recruitment Board to request reports about the SMN, since this is an optional procedure, so they must go to the facilities of the 29 Military Zone, located in Minatitlán.
“It’s voluntary, they (Sedena) keep a record, because they don’t go to our offices, it’s not here in the recruitment offices, they have to do the procedure directly here in the Military Zone of Minatitlán,” he said .
As for the draw, this is how the balls are distributed for SMN: 1,498 white balls for Sedena, 998 black balls (remaining reserve) and 500 blue balls for Semar, even in Coatzacoalcos. Only 1,508 have processed their pre-booklet.
“With reservations it is minimal, I think up to 10%,” added the councilor, who reminded the young people of the class of 2005 to arrive starting December 4, Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. 2:00 in the afternoon.
