Subway, the well-known fast food chain, has launched a new initiative in Miami that aims to offer its customers a different dining experience. The initiative, called “Subway in the Sky,” consists of an airship that allows diners to enjoy their food approximately 1,000 feet above the city.
This project is part of the company’s broader strategy to refresh its menu, known as “Eat Fresh Refresh.” The approximately 180-foot-long blimp offers a unique space where customers can sample a selection of sandwiches while enjoying panoramic views of Miami.
In this new space, guests can sample the “Deli Hero” line, which includes a selection of sandwiches made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. One of the featured products in this line is “The Beast,” a sandwich that contains a combination of different meats and cheeses as well as vegetables and dressings.
The airship has a limited capacity, allowing six people per ride, which lasts 45 minutes. It is estimated that around 40 people can enjoy this experience every day.
