Just in time for Thanksgiving, a quick-service chain that specializes in turkey sandwiches with cranberries and stuffing is making its inland empire debut.

Capriotti’s sandwich shop opened in Eastwell on Monday.

Another inland debut will take place on Friday when Duck Donuts opens at Rancho Cucamonga’s Victoria Gardens.

And Marco’s Pizza has opened its third inland location in Temecula, reports columnist John Placel.
