Restaurant Ecuadorian Tributo entered the list of 101 World’s Best Steak Restaurants of 2023, which was announced on March 24.
Tributo takes the 79th place in the “ranking” of the English agency Upper House Cut Media, specializing in hospitality and gastronomy.

Andean research
Tribute has been selected as one of the best restaurant catering for the research it has done on the Andean cow. The analysis, which has been carried out for a decade, was carried out by chef Luis Maldonado and his partner Neptalà Merizalde.
The research was carried out at Taly, a group processing plant located in the Llano Grande region, north of Quito.
“It is a tribute area that aims to raise Andean cattle,” said Maldonado.
