How will you vote in the runoff?
Upon entering the dark room with the envelope, the voter will find two ballots, one for each presidential candidate. The vote is valid or affirmative even if the ballot entered contains “candidate deletions, additions or substitutions,” according to the CNE.
In addition, the electoral body determined that “if the same envelope contains two or more official ballots corresponding to the same party and category of candidates, only one of them will be counted, destroying the rest.”
