For many people, pasta dishes are the perfect place to start in the kitchen. For celiacs and those who are gluten intolerant, a great option is to use Japanese rice flour pasta. If a few days ago I taught you how to make gluten-free béchamel with komeko flour, today we are going to prepare some yakisoba noodles with meat and vegetables that the whole family will love.

To give them an authentic Japanese touch, at the end of the preparation I’ll cover them with some katsuobushi flakes or dehydrated tuna shavings, which is common practice in Japanese restaurants. To introduce our Spanish touch, I’ve used Iberian pork secreto, although you can do this with lean pork or beef fillets, or make noodles with chicken. Work with what you have in the fridge.

How to Make Yakisoba with Beef and Vegetables
Difficulty: Easy | Total Time: 15m
Cooking: 15 min
Cut the green chillies into pieces and cut the onions into pieces. We fry them in a wok or deep frying pan with a little olive oil and a few drops of sesame oil over high heat until golden brown. Next we add the pieces of broccoli by cutting the small peduncles in half.
Add meat, cut into easy-to-eat portions. We also add the mushrooms and cook the poori until everything starts to color. At that time, we add soy sauce and fry so that all the ingredients are impregnated. Add vegetable broth (or if you prefer, you can also use a good chicken broth), and let it cook over high heat.
While everything is cooking in a wok or skillet over maximum heat, we cook gluten-free yakisoba pasta and when it boils again, we count three minutes. Remove the pasta from the saucepan and transfer it to the pan where we have the rest of the ingredients going and let it cook together for another minute.

Of course, you can adapt the stir-fry’s ingredients to suit your taste and what you have at home.
What to serve with yakisoba noodles with beef and vegetables
You don’t need much to make a complete menu with these yakisoba noodles with meat and vegetables because they have all the nutrient groups. To complete it, you can serve some fresh peeled oranges, have some fruit and serve a hot tea to end the meal.
