The president of the National Chamber of Commerce in Small Services and Tourism of Puerto Vallarta and the region (Canacope), Lorena Beltrán, commented that it has already taken a year and a half for people to be able to open a business. about the letters and what is in the letters in the Town Hall.

“In this year and a half I have had companies that have been taken up for six or seven months, it has been complicated, how to make the procedures easier for us has not been easy, this is of great importance for the province.”

For his part, Jorge Carbajal Díaz, president of the National Chamber of the Restaurant Industry and Condiments of Food (CANIRAC), Puerto Vallarta-Riviera Nayarit and Costa Alegre reported that in the last few days they were told that the number of actions will decrease. with the new policy sent by the city, they could not even obtain their license to act for a single day.

“If this platform becomes available and the corresponding procedures are carried out digitally, we will already be on the other side.”

The president of the Confederation of Mexican Employers (Coparmex) of Puerto Vallarta, Juan Pablo Martínez, commented that businessmen want to have certainty to open new businesses, but the times for the licensing process are too slow.

“And even more so if they are in tight turns, since this commission meets once or twice a year, so it is necessary to know that the digitization process is so that the institutions have the same documents only by digitization access.”
