Race week! And again, Sprint weekend! Formula 1 travels this week to Austin to compete in the United States Grand Prix, the 18th round of the season and the fifth with a Sprint format. The first free practice session will be held on Friday, it will be at 7:30 pm CEST, and will last 60 minutes. This is the only time drivers will ride before qualifying, which takes place on Friday at 23:00 CEST and sets the starting grid for Sunday’s race.
On Saturday the drivers will have a second classification, the Sprint shootout, which will start at 19:30 CEST and will define the sprint grid. And then the first points of the weekend will be distributed in the sprint race, which starts at 00:00 CEST on Sunday.
