Federal workers sue Biden admin over Covid-1V vaccination mandate

Earlier this month, a team of federal workers and contractors filed a lawsuit against the U.S. government over the Covid-1 vaccine mandate announced by President Joe Biden.

The lawsuit, filed in Washington District Court on Thursday, is asking a court to declare Biden’s executive order invalid and a memorandum from the Department of Defense in August so that all military members can be vaccinated.

Lawyers argue that members of the Christian faith “must refuse medical intervention, including vaccinations, if their informed conscience comes to this definite conclusion” and further state that “naturally acquired immunity provides more protection than vaccines.”

One of the plaintiffs, U.S. Foreign Service Officer Daniel Jackson, believes that “it also instructs him that the vaccine is not morally binding in principle and therefore must be voluntary” and that “refusing to use medical products is a general moral obligation, including certain vaccines, which directly abort Is produced using the line of human cells obtained from.

Another plaintiff was identified as Secret Service Agent Lionel Klein. The lawsuit alleges that Klein was already infected and survived the Covid-1 contract, that he had enough antibodies to fight off the infection in the future, and that he did not need a vaccine.

“The human body knows how to build resistance to new viruses. Adaptive immune systems include a diverse collection of B cells, antecedents of antibody-secreting plasma cells, T and T cells that have almost no ability to recognize and ‘adapt’ to invisible pathogens.

The lawsuit also lists federal contractor Zachary Amigon as a plaintiff, stating that he “has a personal and family history of severe reactions to the vaccine and is prescribed by a licensed physician to be medically exempt from the vaccine.”

Earlier this month, Biden announced that taking shots would now be mandatory for all federal workers and contractors. Prior to that, federal workers and contractors could get out of the vaccine through regular checkups, wearing masks and practicing social distance at work.

At the same time, the president unveiled a plan that would penalize the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, or OSHA, for forcing 100 employees or more private businesses to vaccinate their employees or submit to weekly examinations. Several GOP-led states have threatened to sue the ordinance, while Arizona filed a lawsuit against the administration on Sept. 14 against the plan.
