The Playboy actress was accused of assaulting an elderly passenger on a Delta flight last week in a surprising video-on-video meltdown that seems to have spiraled out of control over the years – racking up criminal cases and allegedly hurting her family. Threats to kill, show court records.
Patricia Cornwall, 51, shot to national fame on December 23 when she got into an altercation with an 80-year-old passenger on a loaded Delta flight from Tampa to Atlanta before allegedly clocking her in the head and spitting in her face .
His midair performance garnered more than 9 million views on Twitter and rivaled the number of people watching his 1996 appearances on “Baywatch” and “Married… with Children”.

But the mid-flight freakout was Cornwall’s latest brush with the law in recent times. Last month, on November 10, he was busted after his gray Nissan hit a tree at around 1:30 a.m. in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida.
“She said she was not hurt and then became belligerent,” Walton County’s deputy sheriff wrote in an affidavit that declined to be identified.

In 1997, she starred as herself in two Playboy films, the first titled “Women Behaving Badly” and the second “Cheerleaders Shake Their Pom Poms.”
But by 2020, life in Cornwall had fallen into disarray. He was hit with two restraining orders that revealed his mental health was deteriorating.
In July 2020, her stepfather, Robert Spori, filed a restraining order against her in Los Angeles after he allegedly threatened to kill her and her mother, court records show.
At the time, she was living with her mother, stepfather, and the couple’s teenage children in their $3 million Spanish-style home in Pacific Palisades, California.

The filing said Cornwall had to be committed to a psychiatric unit at least twice after breaking into his home. A few months later, on November 14, 2020, Cornwall’s sister-in-law Monica Cummings filed a similar restraining order in Walton County, Florida, alleging that the actress had threatened to kill her and harm her family.

The controversy erupted when Cornwall tried to return to his seat from the bathroom and was blocked by a drinking cart. According to the federal complaint, the attendant asked her to wait for the drink service to end in an open seat.
“What am I Rosa Parks?” Cornwall reportedly blurted out, identifying the man only by his initials as RSM, to respond that he “is not black … this is not Alabama and this is not a bus.”
The couple started abusing each other and started doing obscene acts on each other. “Sit down, Karen,” the man barked. Cornwall can then be seen in the footage hitting RSM in the face with a clenched fist and then spitting at him. He was ordered to be released on $20,000 bond.

Cornwall appears to be unemployed and was appointed a free attorney in Florida for his DUI and his federal case.
Although Cornwall’s LinkedIn profile says he has worked as a luxury property specialist for Berkshire Hathaway since 2009, the company said in a statement that he has not been part of the team since 2018.
“Although she once worked with a franchise member of the network, her actions are not a reflection of the brand,” a spokesperson said. “Berkshire Hathaway Home Services has always stood for, and will continue to stand, the attributes of trust, integrity, sustainability and longevity.”

His LinkedIn profile also states that he has worked as a Global Luxury Specialist for Coldwell Banker since 2017, but a company spokesperson said he is no longer affiliated with the agency.
