Fortnite: Tfue sets new world record for most kills in a trio match

Tfue and two of his Trios teammates, Prospering and Zemi, set out to collectively try to achieve 50-plus kills in a single Fortnite match to set a world record. They succeeded, eliminating 52 people as a unit.

There are some impossible records in Fortnite. Some of them are unbreakable because the game has changed a lot since then, and others are unbreakable because they are impossible to do.

Tfu took a long break from playing Fortnite. He was absent from the game for years. He finally returned to the game in April this year and quickly became one of the best players once again.

Now, he is setting world records with his trio. Watch it below:

At the beginning of the video, Tfue notes that he and one of his teammates had gotten 46 kills as a Duo, making their record-setting attempt at Trios the least possible. Reaching over 50 is a long task, but they almost got there with one fewer teammates.

He started by dropping Rocky Reels, one of the hottest drops on the map. This was probably a bit strategic, as taking down the leaning towers could have resulted in more potential eliminations and threats.

They somehow avoided near death before leaving POI, mostly eliminating everyone else there.

They landed on a few more players, and Tfue made an unheard of player riding the zipline. The opponent’s teammates get away but are sky-rocketed for another elimination.

After knocking out a few more teams, they had about 35 kills with 42 players remaining. They had to eliminate about half of the remaining Fortnite gamers to pull it off.

At this point, they somehow avoided being knocked down. During the next encounter, in which they eliminated some more, Zemi is knocked out but revived.

Trios went everywhere, more teams fell, slowly building up their elimination total. They would use items and remedies while fighting and then relegate the defeated team to whatever they left behind.

With only 29 players left, it was going to be extremely difficult to find enough players to make ends meet. They landed on all they could possibly see and made brief work of some Fortnite Trios.

They often had to be separated and run around in search of enemies. This is usually not a wise idea, but it should be done when chasing records.

He also had to be very strategic. Occasionally, they would remove 2/3 from a team so that the remaining players could reboot their teammates. This, in turn, would lead to more kill opportunities for Tfue & Co.

He received 48 mass kills, very close to the record. The only issue was that there were only 5 players left, and that included his own team.

Luckily, one Fortnite gamer was rebooting his two downed teammates, which provided a few more options.

Tfue and friends kill off the newly rebooted trio and look for the last person to kick off their record-setting game. He eliminated the remaining Fortnite player to hold the record with relative ease.
