Gabriel “Drunken” Iglesias usually puts on several sold-out sets at shows each year around Cinco de Mayo at the Agua Caliente Resort Casino & Spa Rancho Mirage.
However, since 2020, the annual run of the show has been postponed due to the coronavirus pandemic.
And there’s even more bad news for Fluffy fans – their 2022 dates have now been extended to 2023.
The shows, initially scheduled for May 2, May 3 and May 5, 2022, have been postponed to May 5, May 6 and May 7, 2023.
A press release from Agua Caliente Resort Casino Spa Rancho Mirage stated that the postponement of the comedian’s show was due to scheduling conflicts.
Iglesias announces a headlining show at Dodger Stadium on May 7, 2022, as Netflix is a joke comedy festival. He will be the first comedian to headline this iconic venue.
Iglesias’ Comedy Central show, “Gabriel Iglesias Presents Stand Up Revolution,” featured the sets and routines of him and other comedians and propelled them to fame. He’s since had Netflix as well as the sitcom “Mr. Iglesias,” in which he plays a high school teacher at his alma mater in Long Beach.
Tickets for Iglesias’ dates at Agua Caliente, which run at $75-$95, will be awarded for the newly rescheduled dates. A refund can be requested through their purchase.
