Garriga avoids talking about the crisis or rebellion in Vox Baleares

The general secretary of Vox, Ignacio Garrigaavoided confirming that there was a “crisis” or “internal rebellion” in his party in the Balearic Islands, after information was disclosed by Libertad although he did not explain the reasons why the two positions there were dismissed or why they knocked down the PP spending ceiling, endangering the regional budgets.

In a press conference at the national headquarters of the party, in Bambú Street, Garriga was asked three times about this issue, which he neglected not wanting to give details about what happened in one of the main communities for the PP, and for the whole right, because the possibility of pro-independence parties in charge is at risk. “Perfect normality”, settled despite the insults of the media.

“The only crisis that exists in the Balearic Islands is what happened at the headquarters of the left and separatism,” he answered, boasting of the measures approved by the government of Marga Prohens, some of which were promoted by Vox. “We remain who is ready to work and defend the principles, forward the crises that some and others want to introduce to us, which have nothing to do with reality”, said.

Garriga reiterated that “The only rebellion that occurs is against the government of Sánchez”, and also ordered the use of that term to refer to what happened in the Balearic Islands, where many deputies bypassed the guidelines of the national leadership to postpone an NLP to defend the language and facilitate the understanding of the PP, preserving of the agreement with the government. The deputy who aligned himself with Madrid, as well as his press chief, was removed from the parliamentary group led by Idoia Ribera.

The general secretary of Vox plans to travel to the islands on Thursday but his flight was canceled and he decided to postpone his meeting with his group in the Balearic Islands until this week. ABC published that the meeting is scheduled to take place in Madrid next Wednesday but Garria avoided specifying on Monday when that meeting will take place, ensuring that “I am with my colleagues in the Balearic Islands, I don’t know when when the agenda allows it”.

Asked about the accusations of Macarena people who release his book next Wednesday My name is Macarena. My life, my ideas, my path Regarding the ins and outs of Vox, Garriga said that “he cannot contribute to science fiction stories”, avoiding answering his statements about the transfer of seven million euros to the Disenso foundation or the appointment of Kiko Méndez Monasterio, Gabriel Ariza, and Julio Ariza as those who pull the strings within the party.
