The European team won 113-111 in the city of Manila after defending the result with drama until the end. With five minutes to go, they had won by twelve points, but the “Dream Team” was down to just one (108-107) with a minute and a half to go.

For the Canadiens, New York Knicks forward RJ Barrett contributed 23 points, Houston Rockets forward Dillon Brooks contributed 16, and Oklahoma City Thunder point guard Shai Gilgeous-Alexander scored 15.
