Gloria Trevi revealed on her series Ellas Soy Yo that her former manager made her have an abortion at the age of 27 without her consent.
Amid the humiliation and physical and psychological abuse she suffered at the hands of Sergio Andrade, Gloria Trevi revealed in her series Ellas Soy Yo that her former manager imposed on her a compulsive abortion without her consent at the age of 27.
The shocking, unknown revelation was included in Chapter 22 of the Trevi bioseries produced by Carla Estrada and is available on the VIX platform.
The series refers to the singer’s suspicion of pregnancy when she feels vomiting while preparing food.
According to Ella Soy Yo, actress Gloria Trevi is filming her third film, Una Papa Sin Catsup, and Andrade forces her to repeatedly jump off a fence, according to the story’s script.
“He (Andrade) asked me to jump off a fence while recording Una Papa Sin Catsup. It was quite high, I jumped, but my legs couldn’t support me and I fell straight down. He was annoyed by any nonsense about me, because that was what he was upset about, the nonsense,” Trevi says in his own voice at the end of the chapter.
“Even in my moment of desperation, when I started to tell him I didn’t want anything, he grabbed me by the shoulders and said, ‘What’s wrong with you?’ He started shaking me. There I told him, “I think I’m pregnant, and I think something has happened because I’m bleeding.” When he sent me to Houston, they told me that the child had come out of the uterus and that nothing had been done The doctor had said that they had to take it out. I cried, I didn’t want to, then he talked to me and told me that he had already lost the baby anyway and that he would have a child with me one day. I was weak, I was a coward, I was stupid.”
Sending Houston for an abortion was a practice Andrade also used on María Raquenel Portillo “Mary Boquitas” before using it on Trevi.
Four years after the abortion she suffered, Trevi gave birth to her daughter Ana Dalay, the result of her relationship with her former manager.
The girl died in a suspicious manner and the singer does not know where she was buried.
In 2002, the “Pelo Suelto” and “Zapatos Viejos” singer gave birth to her son Ángel Gabriel in prison while facing the crimes of corruption of minors, similar rape and kidnapping.
