The land on which the exclusive Zahara Paradise luxury housing development will be developed has an area of more than 16,000 square meters (today as a parking lot), of which 14,000 square meters will be used to build three core residential luxury houses with types 2 and 3 bedrooms, community pools and terraces, garages and storage rooms.
