15 September (WNN) — Gwendoline Christie has joined the cast WednesdayNetflix’s upcoming live-action Addams Family Director Tim Burton’s series.
Christy will play Larissa Weems, Principal At Nevermore Academy where Wednesday Adams attends.
Netflix says the principal still has an ax to grind with his former classmate, Wednesday’s mother, Morticia Adams.
Christie, best known for his role as Brian of Tarth game of ThronesJoin Jenna Ortega, Catherine Zeta-Jones as Morticia, and Luis Guzmán as Chancellor Gomez Adams on Wednesday.
Wednesday will run for eight episodes and will follow the titular character after attending Nevermore Academy where she embarks on a monstrous killing spree and solves a mystery that involved her parents 25 years ago.
Burton is directing and executive producer. Al Gough and Miles Miller created the series and served as showrunners and executive producers.
