A hiker died after falling from the top of a mountain while posing for photos with his wife. The incident occurred on top of Mount Willard, New Hampshire, United States. The last thing the man’s wife heard was a scream. And when he turned, he saw him falling from the edge of a 244-meter cliff.

Experts were called in and they pulled the fallen man down from the cliff, which was about 92 meters below the top of the cliff. Rescuers reached the man but Unfortunately, he was declared dead on the spot.
Mountain Rescue Service rescue teams began the arduous journey of carrying the man’s body to the nearest road and trailhead parking lot. The hiker’s name was not released and neither was any other personal information about him pending notification of his family.
