We start by explaining the steps you need to follow in iOS. These are the same as for iPadOS and the Apple Watch. Then we will explain the steps you need to follow in macOS on each of your Macs.
Exit the iOS 17, iPadOS 17, and watchOS 10 betas
To exit the betas of your iPhone, iPad or Apple Watch, you must do this Enter your device settings. Once you’re in Settings, you’ll need to Click on the section Generallywhich appears in the third option block.
As part of the options of Generally, You can change many things about your device, which may vary depending on whether it is an iPhone, an iPad or an Apple Watch. In here you have to Click on the section Software update this will appear almost at the beginning.
You will be taken to the Check for Updates screen where you have configured the download of the betas. Here, Click on the option Beta updateswhere you currently have some of the betas activated.
Now just type on the screen Choose the option NO, which means you no longer want to receive beta versions. And that’s it, from now on you will only receive updates to the final versions.
Leave the macOS 14 betas
The steps are virtually the same on macOS. All you have to do is open your Mac’s Settings and click on the section there in the left column Generally. Once inside, Click on the section Software update that you will have within you.
You will be taken to the Check for Updates screen where you have configured the download of the betas. Here, Click on the option Beta updates, where you currently have some of the betas activated. Specifically, you have to click on I the information on the right.
Now just type on the screen Choose the option disabled, which means you no longer want to receive beta versions. And that’s it, from now on you will only receive updates to the final versions.
