If your happy place is a mall on New Year’s Day, start celebrating.
Many of the nation’s top shopping destinations, including Macy’s, Kohl’s, JCPenney, Apple, Bath & Body Works, Home Depot, Target and Walmart, will be open for business on Saturday.
But be sure to check before leaving the house as not every shop will open and many will have short hours. Sam’s Club and Costco are among the holidaymakers. Many pharmacies will also remain closed.
Semi-annual sales, many of which began after Christmas, continue at Victoria’s Secret, Bath & Body Works, Tory Burch, and many other stores. Christmas clearance sales continue at other stores while supplies continue.

With limited holiday merchandise this year amid supply chain disruptions, some stores may already be sold out of Christmas decorations and will stock shelves for Valentine’s Day.
