How does an infected person spread the corona, even if they are six feet away? Learn what the American Institute says

US health officials have acknowledged for the first time that the corona virus has also spread to the air. On May 7, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention revised the guidelines to explain how the corona virus spreads. This clearly states that “despite being six feet away from the infected person, the airborne virus can enter the body by inhalation.”

Corona virus also spreads through the air – CDC

The CDC added on its website that the virus spreads in three states. These guidelines previously stated that the virus ‘is sometimes transmitted through aerial transmissions under specific circumstances’ but mostly through ‘close contact’. There is no infection by air.

The agency said that to prevent the spread of the virus, it would have to recommend social distance and use of masks. “Our understanding of the spread of corona by air has changed, but our ways of preventing the transmission of the virus have not changed,” the statement said. All of the CDC’s precautionary measures are effective for these transmission forces.

US agency issued revised guidelines

It has been accepted in the guidelines that one way to spread disease among people is to breathe in an environment contaminated with the virus. It was further stated that the corona spreads through the breath of an infected person because inhalation releases viral particles that contain viruses. These particles can enter the bodies of other people by touching the contaminated eyes, nose, mouth and breathing hands.

Since the onset of the epidemic, the CDC and the World Health Organization have warned by infectious disease experts that there is solid evidence that the corona virus has spread from the air as well. “The CDC has now issued guidelines citing the latest scientific evidence and getting rid of old thinking about transmission,” said Lance Ghosh, an aerosel expert at Virginia Tech. Many scientists have welcomed the agency’s cancellation of the definition of close contact.
