How much does it cost to sell tickets?

The excitement of attending Super Bowl LVIII between the San Francisco 49ers and Kansas City Chiefs at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas has fueled resale tickets, whose average exceeded $11,000.

TicketMaster originally had tickets for $6,646, and some went up to $60,613 for the first row; however, these tickets are no longer available.

On StubHub, the cheapest tickets this season are priced at $6,379 in Section 442, Row 8, above the stadium, while the most expensive are $31,500 in Section C132, Row 10, behind the Chiefs’ bench.

The most expensive Vividseats tickets go for $30,915 in Section C112, Row 18, behind the 49ers bench on the 50-yard line; the cheapest is offered for $6,595 in Section 4411, Row 8, on the upper side of the property on the Kansas City side. .

According to TicketMaster, the average cost of tickets is $11,509, an increase of almost $2,000 over the average price of tickets for last year’s game at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles ($9,500).

In Super Bowl LIV, where the 49ers and Chiefs also faced each other at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami, the cost of each ticket averaged $6,327.

The Chiefs, who will reach their fourth Super Bowl in five years, are looking for the fourth title in their history, while the 49ers, who have reached the big game for the eighth time, will capture their sixth championship and first ever in 1994.
