Hoy no circula program this Friday, June 9, 2023 Pertains to cars with blue stickers, ends 9 and 0, and verification holograms 1 and 2. Restrictive hours in the Valley of Mexico metropolitan area are 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
How will be this week’s Hoy No Circula?
Barring a few possible events, such as an increase of pollutants in the environment, the current program installs the following vehicle brakes:
- Friday June 9 – Cars with blue stickers, end 9 and 0, and verification holograms 1 and 2
- Saturday 10 June – Cars with Hologram 1 ending 0, 2, 4, 6 and 8 or Cars with Hologram 2.
- Sunday 11 June – The event has been postponed. All vehicles can move.
- Monday 12 June – Cars with holograms 1 and 2, with yellow glue, and with plate end 5 and 6.
- Tuesday 13 June – Cars with pink stickers, Registration Expires 7 & 8, and Holograms 1 & 2.
- Wednesday 14 June – Cars with red stickers, endings 3 and 4, and holograms 1 and 2.
- Thursday 15 June – Cars with green stickers, finish license plates 1 and 2, and verification holograms 1 and 2.

In case of violation of program restrictions, the fine ranges from $2,074.80 pesos to $3,112.
Verification calendar 2023
It is important to have cars inspected twice a year in Mexico City and the State of Mexico. The date for this will depend on the finishing and gumming of the plates. The verification schedule is as follows
Second quarter
- July and August: Plates ending on 5 and 6 (yellow glue).
- August and September: Plates ending in 7 and 8 (pink gum).
- September and October: Finish plates 3 and 4 (red gum).
- October and November: Plates ending in 1 and 2 (green gum).
- November and December: Plates end 9 and 0 (blue gum).
